His previous experience with the aforementioned former employer, and family members who have been in the trucking industry for many years, inspired Rashad to expand his love for driving and traveling. Once his youngest son graduated from high school, Rashad Z is now fully able to pursue his dream; hence, the creation of RZF Universal Co. - a trucking and logistics company dedicated to providing new companies with the opportunity to experience Mr. Rashad's unmatched work ethic, respect and commitment to quality and timely service.
